2022 Boo Fest in Downtown Rochester!
Our community showed up their best costumes and visited each business in our wonderful downtown area. Businesses handed out candy between 4:30PM and 5:30PM.
Some joined us for a costume contest. Judges determined the winners and prizes were given out for each age group.
